Little's Adult Hockey Camps
2009
is the 17th summer of providing expert instruction to adult hockey players. Our
staff has worked with over 2500 adult hockey players and is known for teaching
skills to players of all abilities. We often hear that participants receive more
attention and individual instruction at Rob Little Adult Hockey Camps than any
camp they have attended.
Rob Little Adult Camps will provide a fun and challenging
environment for you to develop your skills.
Rob, THANK YOU for letting me take your clinics.
You are a great instructor and are very motivating and encouraging. I really looked
forward to coming to each time and did not want to miss one. I really value the
knowledge and skills you have assisted me with gaining. I have attended a couple
other women's clinics and feel your clinics far exeeded them ie.) the amount of
people, time spent on a skill and the way it was taught, etc. I continue to tell
people about how great your clinics are so I hope some of them will take advantage
of your clinics and reap the rewards that I feel I have. My future clinics will
be with you! Thanks again.

Quickness and Agility Camp
This camp is an intense skating program using modern interval training principles. All skating drills are done at an "uncomfortably fast " or " almost out of control " speed. Players will improve their skating speed and confidence as they are pushed to perform at a pace faster than the "comfort zone " most players practice and play in.
The Quickness and Agility Skating Camp is not instructional. We are helping each player maximize whatever skating skill they have. Participants should be able to do forward and backward crossovers to benefit from this program.
